Job summary

CSR is seeking an experienced Segment Manager - National Hardware to lead our national hardware strategy and drive growth across key partnerships and accounts. This role focuses on managing strategic national partner relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and guiding a high-performing National Accounts team.

You will develop and execute growth strategies that strengthen CSR's position in the Hardware channel and deliver long-term value for CSR and customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior segment or sales leadership roles.
• Experience with national customers in FMCG, building products, trade, hardware or related industries.
• Strong pricing, contract management and negotiation experience.
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment.
• Strong analytical, planning and relationship management capabilities.
• Degree in Business, Commerce or Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing growth strategies for key national Hardware customers.
• Leading the negotiation, implementation and management of National Account commercial agreements.
• Driving pricing strategy execution and overseeing National Account rebate governance.
• Managing promotional programs and major customer events, including trade shows and conferences.
• Building and maintaining senior relationships with Buyers, Category Managers and executives.
• Coordinating strategic engagement between customer leadership and CSR executives.
• Leading, coaching and developing the National Accounts team to build capability and deliver commercial outcomes.
