WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Geotechnical & Contaminated Land Management Data Lead to drive the national data strategy and shape digital geoscience across Australia. You will lead enterprise-scale databases, digital workflows and governance while guiding multidisciplinary teams.

You will collaborate with global digital and GIS groups to leverage innovation, lead strategic pursuits and grow data-driven services for major infrastructure projects.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, GIS, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Significant experience in geotechnical/environmental data management roles.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing geotechnical/environmental databases and digital field systems.
• Strong understanding of geotechnical investigations, contaminated land assessment and environmental monitoring workflows.
• Proven experience leading complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, commercial and project management skills.
• Experience with ESDAT, gINT, OpenGround, BoreDM, ArcGIS and related geoscience technologies.
• Passion for digital transformation and AI-enabled solutions to improve delivery.

• Develop and implement national strategy for geotechnical and environmental data management systems.
• Lead development and optimisation of enterprise databases and digital workflows.
• Drive innovation with digital models, cloud solutions and automated reporting.
• Establish data governance, QA protocols and national standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary data teams and foster collaboration and excellence.
• Provide technical oversight on major projects and advise clients on data governance.
