Fernwood Fitness Pty is seeking a National Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across its club network. You will partner with franchise partners and the National Support Office to improve network performance, commercial outcomes and member experience.

You will lead a high-performing National Operations team, drive cross-functional projects and influence technology-enabled improvements across platforms, data and processes.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leader with strong commercial acumen and proven leadership.
• Experience in fitness/health or multi-site consumer business.
• Franchise experience highly regarded.
• Strong commercial acumen influencing revenue, retention, productivity and profitability.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong systems and technology literacy.

Responsabilités

• Lead a strong National Operations team and provide strategic and operational leadership to the club network.
• Span network and club performance, franchise partner support, member experience and retention.
• Oversee new club openings, operational systems and technology, training and development, and major business projects.
• Help Fernwood strengthen the way technology, systems and data are used across the business.
• Understand technology and systems well enough to see the bigger picture and improve efficiency and performance.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and drive change with stakeholders.
