Job summary

Wilson Parking Australia is seeking a dynamic National Manager to drive the transformation of the Technical Field Services function. Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Operations, you will lead a national shift from the MOD model to a Site Technician operating model, shaping structure and capability.

You will build a high-performance team, partner with senior leaders, improve uptime and response times, and deliver a scalable, outcomes-driven service across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering organisational change and operating model redesign initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing performance, service delivery and cost.
• Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a national Site Technician workforce across regions.
• Design and implement a nationally consistent operating model.
• Improve service response times and uptime through better systems and tech.
• Monitor team performance and provide insights for improvement.
• Lead national transformation projects and workforce capability programs.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable technical support.
