Job summary

Laserbond Limited is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead our national sales function and drive long-term commercial strategy. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, this senior role guides the Technical Sales team and strengthens key customer relationships across Australia.

You will work with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Marketing and Finance to translate strategy into actionable plans, coach high-performing teams, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior commercial or sales leadership roles.
• Proven success leading national sales teams.
• Strong experience managing strategic customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Laserbond's national commercial sales organisation.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth across strategic industries and markets.
• Translate business strategy into executable commercial plans.
• Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing Technical Sales team.
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and customer focus.
• Strengthen relationships with key national and strategic customers.
• Lead major commercial negotiations, contract discussions and pricing strategies.
• Identify new markets and commercial growth opportunities.
• Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM performance.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and commercial reporting.
• Chair Sales & Operations planning meetings.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing and Finance to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate visible leadership in safety, quality and ethical commercial practices.
