Job summary

Bentleys is seeking a National Audit Quality, Training and Innovation Specialist to translate national audit priorities into practical, sustainable outcomes across the network. The role combines technical leadership, learning and development, knowledge management and process improvement.

You will provide guidance on complex audit matters, maintain methodologies, develop training, evaluate new technologies and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance audit quality while upholding the highest

Qualifications

• Significant experience in external audit and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards, Australian Accounting Standards, ethics and quality management requirements.
• Experience developing technical guidance, training programs or quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate national audit priorities into practical, sustainable outcomes across the Bentleys network.
• Provide guidance on complex audit and assurance matters and maintain national methodology and resources.
• Develop training programs and work with stakeholders across the country to implement initiatives that enhance audit quality and consistency.
• Evaluate and embed new technologies, automation and innovative ways of working that improve audit team effectiveness while upholding professional standards.
