Job summary

Bentleys is seeking a National Audit Quality, Training & Innovation Specialist to translate national audit priorities into practical, sustainable outcomes across the Bentleys network. You will lead technical guidance, training programs and knowledge resources, develop and embed new technologies, and work with stakeholders nationwide to enhance audit quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• CA ANZ, CPA Australia or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant experience in external audit and assurance.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Auditing Standards, Australian Accounting Standards, ethics and quality management requirements.
• Experience developing technical guidance, training programs or quality initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate national audit priorities into practical, sustainable outcomes across the Bentleys network.
• Provide guidance on complex audit and assurance matters and maintain national methodology.
• Develop training programs and knowledge resources across the country.
• Embed new technologies and innovative ways of working to improve audit quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance consistency across the firm.
