Gough Recruitment is seeking a National Asset Manager to establish and lead a national asset management function across a diverse property portfolio with a strong Office component. You will report to the CEO and join the Executive Leadership Team to drive performance and value, while implementing governance and reporting across Australia.

You will develop strategy with the CEO and executive team, oversee leasing, budgeting and capital expenditure, and lead internal and external teams with travel

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in property and asset management across national portfolios.
• Experience establishing, scaling or transforming an asset management function.
• Strong commercial acumen in leasing, financial performance and capital planning.
• Proven ability to implement governance frameworks, reporting standards and operating processes.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing internal teams and external service providers.

Responsabilités

• Establish and lead the national asset management function with governance, reporting and operating frameworks.
• Drive portfolio performance, income growth, asset optimisation and long-term value creation.
• Develop asset management strategy in collaboration with the CEO, Directors and executive team.
• Oversee leasing, tenant mix, capital expenditure, budgeting and financial performance.
• Lead and develop internal teams and external service providers across multiple locations.
• Implement consistent performance measurement, reporting and accountability processes.
• Manage relationships with financial institutions, valuers, councils and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to acquisitions, developments and broader investment decisions.
• Undertake regular interstate travel to oversee assets and local teams.
