Lending Association is a respected national lending business with a strong presence across residential and commercial lending. We are investing in the next growth phase and seek a National Manager, Asset Finance to lead the national division.

You will report directly to the CEO, build and coach a high-performing team, strengthen lender relationships and drive growth across Australia. This is a rare opportunity to influence strategy and create long-term value.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years' experience within Asset Finance.
• Proven success growing an Asset Finance business, division or portfolio.
• Strong leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Established lender and industry relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business development skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the national Asset Finance growth strategy.
• Expand opportunities across existing residential and commercial client base.
• Lead, coach and develop the Asset Finance team.
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share nationally.
• Build and strengthen lender and industry relationships.
• Identify new referral channels and business opportunities.
• Support high-value client transactions.
• Collaborate with state leaders to maximise referrals and cross-sell.
• Monitor divisional performance, profitability and growth initiatives.
• Travel nationally to support clients, brokers and projects.
