Job summary

Lending Association seeks a National Manager, Asset Finance to lead and scale a national division across Australia. You will mentor an established team, strengthen lender relationships and drive cross-sell opportunities with our SME and commercial client base.

Reporting to the CEO, you will shape strategy, travel nationally, and partner with state leaders to maximise referrals while delivering growth and profitability. This is a rare leadership opportunity in a growing national lender.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience within Asset Finance.
• Proven success growing an Asset Finance business, division or portfolio.
• Strong leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the national Asset Finance growth strategy.
• Expand asset finance opportunities across existing client base.
• Lead, coach and develop the Asset Finance team.
• Drive revenue growth and increase market share nationally.
• Build and strengthen lender and industry relationships.
• Identify new referral channels and business opportunities.
• Support complex and high-value client transactions.
• Partner with state leaders to maximise referral and cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor divisional performance, profitability and growth initiatives.
• Travel nationally as required to support clients, brokers and strategic projects.
