Job summary

Savvy is seeking a Business Development Manager in NSW to expand our Asset Finance Broker network. You will identify, recruit, train and develop Asset Finance Brokers, helping them build successful Savvy businesses within the network.

We are looking for someone with asset finance broking experience, ideally in a digital environment, who understands how to manage leads, convert opportunities and drive loan settlements.

Qualifications

• Must have previous experience as an Asset Finance Broker.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle and asset finance.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Asset Finance Broking process.
• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with prospecting and building rapport with experienced finance professionals.
• Ability to work autonomously and create opportunities.
• Willingness to travel within your region; valid driver's licence.
• Knowledge of how to train and support brokers to grow their loan volumes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard asset finance brokers into the Savvy network.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective brokers.
• Directly approach potential broker candidates and present the Savvy opportunity.
• Manage recruitment and onboarding of brokers into Savvy.
• Train and support brokers across sales processes, lead management and customer engagement.
• Help brokers improve conversion, productivity and loan volumes.
• Share asset finance broking knowledge with newer brokers.
• Attend industry events and Savvy company activities.
• Collaborate with Savvy's management, operations, credit and marketing teams to support broker growth.
