Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a National Architectural Services Manager to grow specification influence within the architectural and design community and to ensure agency-generated leads are effectively managed and allocated to support sales outcomes.

You will coordinate with engineering, sales, technical and marketing teams and manage relationships with major architectural practices nationwide to raise Knauf’s profile as a front‑of‑mind wall and ceiling systems partner.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in building industry or interior construction preferred.
• Experience in CRM, pipeline management and lead allocation.
• Strong understanding of architectural and design specification process.
• Previous people leadership experience.
• Ability to work full-time from Camellia NSW or Port Melbourne VIC site.

Responsibilities

• Grow specification influence and project opportunity flow with architectural community.
• Manage agency-generated leads, ensuring qualification, triage and internal allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align architectural activity with priorities.
• Keep architects and designers informed of product developments and support resources.
• Build relationships with major architectural practices nationwide.
