Hungry Jack's is seeking an energetic leader to join the Restaurant Leadership Team in Naracoorte. You will drive guest experience, lead a team in service and production zones, and ensure promotions are executed while maintaining merchandising standards.

You will develop and coach staff, manage stock and safety, and contribute to a positive, high‑performing work environment across shifts with flexible hours.

The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's! Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of “Guest Obsessed” and “People Power” to life.

You will do this in the service and production areas of your restaurant, leading a team where:
