Job summary

The University of Western Australia is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Conservatorium of Music and College Operations. This 1.0 FTE ongoing position involves coordinating student and HDR administration, scholarships and prizes, and general office operations in a vibrant music campus environment.

Key duties include candidate communications, audition scheduling, timetabling, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality services for students, staff and performers.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience providing high-quality administrative support in a complex organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong stakeholder service.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a broad range of school operations activities including student and HDR administration, scholarships, prizes, committee support, timetabling and room scheduling.
  • Support outreach and audition processes through candidate communications and scheduling.
  • Collaborate across College Operations and University teams to deliver high-quality administrative services.
