Sony Music Entertainment China Ltd. is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator in Sydney to support domestic and international artist campaigns across paid, owned and earned digital channels.

You will assist with email communications, CRM growth, data hygiene, and lifecycle messaging while gaining exposure to social, content, creator campaigns, and reporting. You will work closely with Digital, Marketing, Social & Content, Influencer and label teams to drive coordinated campaigns and learn

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing and CRM.
• Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support digital campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels.
• Assist with social content planning and scheduling on label platforms.
• Build and execute targeted email/SMS CRM campaigns and data hygiene.
• Collect and analyse campaign metrics for reports and insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
