Glencore's Hail Creek Open Cut seeks a safety‑focused operator with proven experience on multiple production equipment (Dozers, Loaders, Graders and Excavators) in open‑cut mining. You will work safely in remote, physically demanding conditions and follow procedures with high attention to detail.

We offer a 7 on / 7 off day/night roster, direct employment with Glencore, above‑award leave, annual incentives, access to long service leave, and education support for ongoing development.

Qualifications

Experience operating multiple open-cut mining equipment.
Strong safety and risk management focus.
Excellent communication and teamwork.
Ability to work in remote and physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

Operate a minimum of three types of production equipment (e.g., Dozers, Loaders, Graders, Excavators).
