Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a Multinational Account Executive in Sydney and Melbourne to service multinational clients across casualty lines. You will draw on insurance knowledge, collaborate with offshore teams, and act as a key liaison with underwriters and brokers while driving data-driven service quality.

In this role, you will build global relationships, monitor bookings and endorsements, and ensure timely issuance of certificates of insurance.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Autonomy and collaboration in a virtual team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Become the Subject Matter Expert for Multinational matters.
• Collaborate with offshore teams providing processing and credit control services.
• Develop deep knowledge of systems and guidelines; stay updated on new requirements.
• Build meaningful relationships with colleagues worldwide.
• Monitor the accuracy of financial bookings via reports.
• Implement mid-term endorsements, issue certificates of insurance, and focus on premium collection as required.
• Address client/broker requests promptly and escalate to Underwriters when needed.
• Ensure data quality metrics meet defined standards.
