Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end production of video tributes, audio and digital content.
• Manage workflows, schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Lead and support a team with proven people management experience.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and families to gather content.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia systems.
• Maintain high quality standards across all outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing on template design and creative direction.
• Manage multimedia resources and ensure compliance with processes.
