MAYDAY Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Multimedia Manager to lead the multimedia function in Queensland, delivering high‑quality digital and printed materials that honour lives. You will manage a small team of Multimedia Assistants, coordinating content from families and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires a compassionate leader with strong multimedia production skills across print and digital, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office,

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership or people management role.
• Strong background in multimedia production across print and digital content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
• A creative mindset with a high attention to detail.
• The ability to remain calm, adaptable and solutions focused.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the end to end production of video tributes, audio and digital content
• Managing workflows, schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines
• Leading and supporting a team, with proven people management experience required
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and families to gather and curate content
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia systems
• Maintaining high quality standards across all outputs
• Collaborating with marketing on template design and creative direction
• Managing multimedia resources and ensuring compliance with internal processes
