Job summary

MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with a respected funeral services organisation to appoint an experienced Multimedia Manager in New South Wales. This role leads the multimedia function across NSW, delivering high-quality digital and printed materials that honour lives.

You will work closely with internal teams and a team of Multimedia Assistants, taking a hands-on approach to create customised multimedia content for funeral services while upholding empathy and discretion.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or people management experience is essential.
• Strong background in multimedia production across print and digital content.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across teams.
• Creative mindset with high attention to detail and delivery focus.
• Calm, adaptable and solutions-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing end-to-end production of video tributes, audio and digital content.
• Managing workflows, schedules and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Leading and supporting a team with proven people management experience.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and families to gather and curate content.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia systems.
• Maintaining high quality standards across all outputs.
• Collaborating with marketing on template design and creative direction.
• Managing multimedia resources and ensuring compliance with internal processes.
