Job summary

EMtek Pty Ltd. is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Adelaide team.

You will lead multi-discipline design projects across the resources sector, working with a tight-knit engineering group to deliver concept through to operation on varied plant elements. The ideal candidate will have 4–8 years of multidiscipline engineering experience, exposure to mineral processing and materials handling, and strong communication skills to engage with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of engineering experience in a multidiscipline environment.
• Exposure to mineral processing, materials handling and process plant projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to workplace wellbeing and safety.
• Experience with design, construction support, commissioning and project engineering.

Responsibilities

• Management and ownership of multi-discipline design projects.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers including scope, procurement support and performance monitoring.
• Scoping and proposal development.
• Progress tracking, planning and scheduling.
• Facilitate and participate in design reviews.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers on plant element designs.
• Prepare technical engineering documents for project deliverables.
• Client site visits as required.
