Job summary

Omnicom Media in Melbourne is seeking a Diverse Account Manager to lead multicultural and diverse media strategies across a broad client portfolio. You will report to the National Head of Diverse and mentor a Junior Account Executive, delivering culturally targeted media solutions and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in a media agency or multicultural communications agency.
• Experience planning and delivering media campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, out-of-home or community channels.
• Knowledge of multicultural media, First Nations media, and related communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead multicultural and diverse media strategies across a portfolio of clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as the go-to specialist for diverse media.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, from developing recommendations and presentations through to execution, delivery and reporting.
• Identify new media channels, partnerships and opportunities across multicultural media.
• Manage budgets, project scope and timelines, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through new partnerships and activations.
• Collaborate with planning, strategy and implementation teams to deliver culturally relevant media solutions.
• Support and develop junior team members.
