Job summary

Searchability® is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney team. You’ll own diverse campaigns spanning digital channels, product launches, content, events and brand activations, in a collaborative growth-focused environment.

This hands-on role involves coordinating EDMs, updating the website, producing digital assets and supporting social media activity on Instagram, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Expect a fast-paced role with real impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or similar role.
• Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email and website platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Meta Business Suite, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign.
• Experience managing website content, CMS platforms and digital assets.
• Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, SEO, SEM or B2B marketing would be a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EDM campaigns from concept to execution.
• Manage website updates and CMS content.
• Create engaging digital assets for campaigns and social posts.
• Support social media activity across platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on SEO/SEM initiatives.
