Job summary

Rocky Point, part of the Hyne Group, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator on a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract on the Gold Coast. You will coordinate campaigns across email, website, social media and print, and write engaging content to support brand initiatives.

You'll work with the marketing team to manage publishing schedules, monitor campaign activity and optimise assets and messaging for best results across channels.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, website, social media and print.
• Social media planning, publishing and community management experience.
• Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
• Strong stakeholder communication and project coordination skills.
• Analytical, solutions-focused and hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of brand, marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Coordinate multi-channel marketing activities across email, website, social media and print.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify market trends and opportunities to support business growth.
• Assist with website updates, content management and digital marketing initiatives.
• Support new product launches, including campaign coordination and marketing collateral.
• Manage customer communications, EDMs, mailing lists and targeted campaigns.
• Plan, schedule and manage social media content, engagement and reporting.
• Coordinate trade shows, events and promotional activities to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and content creators to deliver marketing projects.
• Develop written content for newsletters, blogs, publications and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure communications align with guidelines and approvals.
