Job summary

Trellis Data is seeking a casual Graphic Designer & Website Coordinator to support our brand across digital and printed materials, create polished designs, and help maintain our website.

You will work with a small, collaborative team in a flexible, hybrid setup, enjoy creative freedom, and help strengthen our identity through typography, layout, and cohesive visuals across all assets. This role offers ongoing opportunities as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design, either professional or strong portfolio.
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, colour and visual detail.
• Able to produce polished designs for print and digital use.

Responsibilities

• Create brochures, flyers, business cards, banners, social graphics and branded documents.
• Maintain and refresh website content, improve page layouts and ensure a polished, modern brand look.
• Update websites using WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or similar platforms and align with UX best practices.

Casual Graphic Designer & Website Coordinator

Casual | Flexible hours | [Location/Hybrid/Remote]

We are an innovative and growing Australian technology company looking for a creative and capable Casual Graphic Designer to help strengthen our brand across digital and printed materials.

This is a varied, hands‑on role for someone with a strong eye for design who can create professional marketing collateral, maintain our website and continually improve the overall look and feel of our brand.

About the role

You will be responsible for producing a range of high-quality creative materials, including:

• Brochures, flyers and promotional materials
• Business cards and corporate stationery
• Digital and printed banners
• Social media and digital marketing graphics
• Presentations, proposals and other branded documents
• Website graphics, imagery and page layouts
• Other creative assets as required

You will also assist with updating our website, including adding and refreshing content, improving page layouts and ensuring the site remains visually polished, modern and consistent with our brand.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in graphic design, either professionally or through a strong portfolio
• Has an excellent eye for layout, typography, colour and visual detail
• Can produce polished designs for both print and digital use
• Is confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design tools
• Has experience updating websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace or similar
• Understands basic web design principles and user experience
• Can work independently, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Communicates clearly and responds well to feedback
• Is creative, reliable and highly attentive to detail

Experience working with a technology, AI or professional-services business would be beneficial but is not essential.
