Job summary

Degani Bakery Cafe is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across multiple venues. You will collaborate with franchisees and venue operators to improve profitability, uphold brand standards, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across a network of sites.

You’ll combine commercial analysis with hands-on coaching, helping operators understand their numbers, execute marketing initiatives, and maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service, franchising, or multi-site operations.
• Strong financial literacy with reports and P&Ls.
• Excellent coaching, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel across territory.

Responsibilities

• Coach venue owners and managers to improve profitability.
• Analyse P&Ls and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
• Support franchisees with business planning, leadership, people management, and local growth initiatives.
• Drive participation and execution of national marketing campaigns.
• Conduct venue visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Maintain brand, food quality, customer service, and operational standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and development programs across venues.
• Use business systems and reporting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
