Job summary

Ideal candidates have multi-trade skills, practical experience in commercial settings, and the ability to read plans. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for after-hours work are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Handyman or Maintenance Technician, preferably in commercial/portfolio settings.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance plans and basic drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, fixtures and fittings.
• Perform general repairs across trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency calls with effective solutions.
