Job summary

Cleanaway Waste Management is hiring an HR Driver based at our Swan Hill depot for permanent, full-time work across the region. In this role you will safely operate collection vehicles, perform maintenance checks and deliver excellent customer service, upholding our high safety standards and fatigue management rules.

You must hold an HR Licence, be physically fit and flexible, and agree to pre-employment medical testing.

Qualifications

• HR Licence is required.
• Physically fit for a manual, demanding role.
• Flexible availability including early shifts.
• Zero Harm safety mindset and compliance with safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of collection vehicles, mainly side lift; some hook/crane lift.
• Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks on vehicles/equipment.
• Maintain a professional company image and deliver quality customer service.
• Follow internal systems and external standards; adhere to fatigue rules.
