• Leadership and people management experience in a retail setting.
• Ability to manage time and rosters across multiple stores.
• Comfort with physically demanding tasks and maintaining cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail and safety/regulatory compliance.
• Organised and proactive in coordinating equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team within cleaning, trolley collection and waste support.
• Create a roster for your team to ensure daily tasks are covered.
• Work with Store Leadership to identify challenges, opportunities and priorities.
• Complete time and attendance activities for team members, manage hours and absences.
• Order consumables for stores and manage within a budget.
• Contribute hands-on by performing core operational tasks with the team.
