SHRED-X in Melbourne’s Laverton North is seeking a safety-focused HR Driver to join a national leader in secure document destruction and recycling services. You will stay active, manage bulky loads, log collections on a PDA, and represent the company professionally on-site while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role offers full-time hours, weekday schedule, and earning potential through KPI bonuses and overtime.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid HR truck license with a clean driving history.
• Previous experience in a physical driving role (freight/removalist-style work).
• Safe manual handling skills.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable with using handheld devices (PDA).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Service a diverse client base across industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles and pallets.
• Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg.
• Use a PDA to accurately record collections and service tasks.
• Complete daily vehicle checks ensuring roadworthiness and cleanliness.
• Represent SHRED-X professionally on-site and interact with clients.
• Follow all company policies, WHS standards, and client-specific procedures.

What You'll Do

• Service a diverse client base across various industries, including handling e-waste, archive boxes, textiles, and pallets.
• Safely manage bins weighing up to 100kg - an ideal role for someone who enjoys physical work.
• Use a PDA device to accurately record collections and service tasks.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensures roadworthiness and cleanliness.

What You Bring

• A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) truck license with a clean driving history.
