Job summary

FindMeA Pty Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Plant Operator with Water Cart HR Licence to join our Brisbane team. This temporary to permanent role offers 6:00am–4:00pm Monday to Friday, with overtime and Saturdays available.

The operator will handle water carts and other heavy mobile plant within busy waste and resource recovery operations. Ideal candidates have HR licence, proven experience with water carts or heavy machinery, and a safety-first mindset for outdoor industrial environments.

Our client is at the forefront of waste management, resource recovery, recycling, waste transfer and landfill operations . Due to continued growth, they are looking for experienced Multi Skilled Plant Operators to join their team. What's on offer?

$42+ per hour + Super Temp-to-Permanent opportunity for the right person Monday to Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm

Overtime available, including Saturdays Immediate start Opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing business

What you'll be doing

• Operating a range of mobile plant across busy waste and resource recovery operations, including: Water Cart
• Other mobile plant as required
• General site and material handling duties
• Supporting safe, efficient and productive site operations

What we're looking for

• Experienced operating heavy mobile plant
• Water cart / HR licence
• Confident working in a busy industrial, construction or quarry environment
• Safety-focused with a strong understanding of site procedures
• Reliable, punctual and physically fit
• Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy machinery
• Available for Monday-Friday day shifts and overtime
• Experience in waste management, recycling, quarrying, civil construction or landfill operations will be highly regarded.
