Job summary

Bravus is recruiting experienced operators for its Mackellar mining services team supporting the Carmichael Mine in Queensland. This role targets operators of large Dozers and Haul Trucks, with opportunities for upselling to water trucks, graders or 980 loaders as required.

The position offers FIFO from Townsville, Rockhampton or Cairns, a 7/7 roster with optional overtime, and an onsite village with meals, gym and recreation facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience in a mining environment operating large Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus one of the following: water truck, grader, small digger or 980 loader.
• RII competencies (or verified within the past 5 years)
• Current Standard 11 and Driver’s Licence
• A strong commitment to safety at all times

Job description

• Competitive pay rates of $64.14/hr ($145,918.50 annually) plus Superannuation paid on all rostered hours

With production in full swing at our site in the Galilee Basin, we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced operators to join us.

What you’ll need:
