Job summary

Bravus Group is seeking experienced mining operators for our Carmichael Mine site in Queensland. Mackellar, our contractor, is ramping up production and seeks skilled operators with Dozer and Haul Truck experience.

FIFO flights from Townsville, Rockhampton or Cairns, and a 7/7 roster with optional overtime on day shift, support a competitive pay and strong safety culture. Applicants should have at least 12 months in a mining environment, RII competencies, Standard 11, and a valid Driver’s

Qualifications

• 12+ months in a mining environment with large Dozers and Haul Trucks.
• RII competencies or verified within past 5 years.
• Current Standard 11 and a valid Driver’s Licence.
• Strong safety commitment and team orientation.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Competitive pay rates of $64.14/hr ($145,918.50 annually) plus Superannuation paid on all rostered hours

With production in full swing at our site in the Galilee Basin, we’re expanding our team and looking for experienced operators to join us.

Our primary recruitment hubs are Townsville and Rockhampton, with flights also available from Cairns. We welcome and encourage applications from all regional Queensland communities.

What you’ll need:

Minimum 12 months’ experience minimum of 12 months previous experience in a mining environment in operating large Dozers and Haul Trucks, plus one of the following: water truck, grader, small digger or 980 loader

RII competencies (or verified within the past 5 years)

Current Standard 11 and Driver’s Licence

A strong commitment to safety at all times
