Job summary

NQES Industries Pty Ltd in Mount Isa is seeking experienced earthworks operators to join our civil construction team. You will work on excavations, site preparation and roadworks across remote towns with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Applicants must hold excavator, bobcat, loader and grader tickets, White Card and HR Synchro license; GPS experience is a plus. Out-of-town assignments include accommodation and meals, with an above‑award hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Must have Excavator ticket, Bobcat, Loader and Grader experience.
• White Card (Construction Induction) and HR Synchro license.
• GPS experience desirable and able to finish to design heights.
• Final trim operator with minimum 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Mount Isa base; some out-of-town work across central Qld; accommodation and meals provided; operate small–medium plant; team environment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Mount Isa based position - Includes some out-of-town work central Qld, accommodation and meals paid for out-of-town work, be able to use small to medium plant equipment, positive can-do attitude and be able to work in a team environment. Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol, reside in Mount Isa or willing to relocate

Must have unrestricted right to work in Australia
