Job summary

Aussie Enviro Excavations seeks a highly skilled Multiskilled Operator to join our team around Brisbane, with occasional away project work and remote site assignments. We provide remediation, rehabilitation, site investigations, contaminated land remediation, soil erosion repairs, vegetation management, and restoration services for environmental and civil projects.

You will operate excavators (8–30 tonnes), skid steers and loaders, perform final trim works to engineered specifications, and help

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience operating excavators (8–30 tonne), skid steer and final trim equipment.
• Background in general plant hire and civil projects, preferably in remote site environments.
• Current tickets and licenses for equipment operation and heavy vehicle driving.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate earthmoving equipment including excavators (8–30t), skid steers, loaders.
• Perform final trim works and construct drains, pads, bund/pond walls to engineered specifications.
• Load, unload and transport machinery on-site and between sites (HC or higher heavy vehicle license required).
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain strict compliance with site safety standards, including hazard reporting and incident management.
• Work collaboratively as part of a small, committed team in remote and challenging locations.
• Deliver high-quality work in line with environmental and project standards and deadlines.

Aussie Enviro Excavations is seeking an experienced Multiskilled Operator to join our team working around Brisbane and some away project work from time to time. We are a leading environmental and civil earthmoving contractor providing specialist services including remediation, rehabilitation, site investigations, contaminated land remediation, soil erosion repairs, vegetation management, and restoration to natural environments for the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a range of earthmoving equipment including excavators (8–30 tonne), skid steers, loaders, and other machinery.
• Perform final trim works, shaping and constructing drains, pads, bund/pond walls to engineered specifications.
• Load, unload, and transport machinery on-site and between sites (HC or higher heavy vehicle license required).
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform minor maintenance to ensure operational readiness.
• Maintain strict compliance with site safety standards, including hazard reporting and incident management.
