Job summary

Airmaster is seeking a Multi-Skilled Fire Tester to join our Sydney Metro team. The role involves testing and inspecting portables, passive fire doors, fire detection, panels, emergency exit lights, sprinkler and hydrant systems, in line with Building Code of Australia and ASA standards.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' industry experience, strong knowledge of Australian Standards, and the ability to work unsupervised within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years industry experience in fire testing and inspection.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work unsupervised within a team.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect portables, passive fire doors, fire detection systems, fire panels, emergency exit lights, sprinkler and hydrant systems.
• Carry out programmed maintenance inspections and related works as directed.
