Job summary

Aurizon's Gladstone Port Services team is hiring for casual Multi Skilled Equipment Operators who will move freight, operate equipment and assist with loading and unloading in a busy port setting. The role requires HC driving privileges and a heavy forklift licence, plus a safety-first mindset and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Move freight and operate equipment to support safe, efficient port operations.
• Load and unload materials, and assist with daily operational tasks.
• Complete pre-start checks, defect reports and required paperwork accurately.
• Support across Aurizon's Bulk operations as needed.

Aurizon is looking for safety-focused, hands-on operators to join our growing Gladstone Port Services team on a casual basis. About the role

As a Multi Skilled Equipment Operator, you'll support safe and efficient port operations by moving freight, operating equipment and assisting with loading and unloading activities as required.

• Driving heavy vehicle single to multi combinations to transport containerised freight.
• Operating forklifts to safely load and unload materials and goods.
• Supporting day-to-day operational requirements across Aurizon's Bulk operations.
• Completing pre-starts, defect reports and other required paperwork accurately.

What we're looking for
