Zambrero’s Bentley Plaza in Bentley WA is recruiting casual Assistant Restaurant Managers to join the Zam fam. We offer flexibility with part-time or full-time options for successful candidates in a fast-paced, healthy quick-service environment.

You will lead a friendly team, support the Restaurant Manager, maintain high standards of service and food quality, and help grow our culture that blends humanitarian values with great hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in day-to-day operations.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering and resolving staff issues.
• Ensure food is prepared, presented and served to high standards.
• Assist with stock ordering from various suppliers.
• Handle office admin tasks such as paperwork, banking and payroll.
• Maintain daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and general restaurant.
• Ensure Workplace Health and Safety standards are understood and followed by staff.

We are on the hunt for Casual Assistant Restaurant Managers to join our Zam fam at Bentley Plaza!

Part-time and Full-time can be considered for successful candidates.

About Us

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. What you’ll do

Our Assistant Restaurant Managers take pride in preparing and serving fast, fresh, and healthy Mexican food with a smile. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager with setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results.

• Leading the restaurant team in efficient day to day operations
• Assisting in managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard
• Assisting with ordering of stock from various suppliers
• Assisting with office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll and reviewing policies
• Managing daily and weekly cleaning of the production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Ensuring safety and security standards are recognised and upheld, and that employees are effectively trained in Workplace Health and Safety
