Job summary

Holcim is seeking a Quarry Manager to oversee multiple quarry sites across SE Queensland, focusing on safety, performance and customer service. The role involves budgeting, plant and fleet management, and collaboration with the QLD Aggregates leadership team.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive productivity, and ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in a dynamic regional operation.

Qualifications

• Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Extractive Industries is required.
• Queensland SSE Notice is preferred.
• Strong safety leadership and knowledge of Safety Management Systems.
• Experience in budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of active and mothballed quarry sites across SE Queensland.
• Lead safety, environmental and financial performance to meet targets and customer service standards.
• Manage budgeting, production targets, customer and community relations, and regional safety compliance.
• Coordinate drill & blast, crushing and screening, maintenance, stockpiling and load out.
• Develop strategies with other operations to improve productivity and achieve regional goals.
