Job summary

Iss Global is seeking a proactive Quality & Compliance Officer to support a major facilities management contract across the North Coast region. You will monitor quality systems, ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legislative requirements, and work with operational teams to drive continuous improvement.

In this role you will conduct site inspections, maintain records, deliver toolbox talks and provide guidance on WHS, risk assessments and incident investigations, with

Qualifications

• Experience in quality, compliance, WHS, auditing or related discipline.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• High attention to detail and analytical capability.
• Experience preparing reports and maintaining compliance documentation.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.
• The ability to work independently across multiple sites and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections, quality audits and compliance reviews.
• Monitor service delivery against contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Investigate non-conformances and support corrective action planning.
• Assist with WHS activities, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Maintain accurate compliance records, registers and reports.
• Provide compliance advice and support to frontline teams.
• Deliver toolbox talks and compliance awareness initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement projects and quality initiatives.
• Maintain Test & Tag compliance records and documentation.
• Build positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
