Job summary

Red Rooster in Darwin seeks a dynamic, multi-site leader to drive performance across the restaurant network and lead new store openings. You will partner with Franchise Partners and cross-functional teams to elevate sales, guest experience and operational standards.

The role combines hands-on operations with strategic coaching, overseeing existing restaurants and future growth sites to deliver sustained profitability and growth within the network.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site leadership in QSR, hospitality, retail or fast casual.
• Experience leading new store openings or large-scale operational change.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, labour and P&L management.
• Experience recruiting, developing and leading high-performing operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach Restaurant Managers and Franchise Partners to improve sales, profitability and operations.
• Review sales, labour, costs and customer metrics; implement improvement plans.
• Lead new store openings from planning to launch and stabilisation.
• Recruit, onboard, train and develop Restaurant Managers and Shift Supervisors.
• Manage sales, costs, and profitability across the Darwin network.
• Monitor customer feedback to improve service and guest experience.
