Job summary

Stibbards Creek Macadamias (SCM) is seeking an Office Manager for our main office and satellite sites across multiple farms in NSW. Immediate start available with an attractive remuneration package of AUD 80,000–85,000 plus superannuation.

The role oversees staff, payroll, training, and occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with government regulations and efficient office operations.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification equivalent to AQF Associate/Diploma level.
• At least one year of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Experience with office administration and OH&S compliance.
• Ability to coordinate staff, payroll and training.

Responsibilities

• Allocate resources and supervise staff performance.
• Plan and review office services; set priorities and standards.
• Ensure OH&S compliance and proper maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
• Coordinate office activities and resolve issues with colleagues.
• Manage records and accounts of our Offices.
