Qualifications

• Proven retail management or concession leadership experience.
• Track record of achieving sales, wage, and KPI targets.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Able to work autonomously and own results.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day concession performance.
• Drive sales and meet KPI targets.
• Deliver high level of customer service and build relationships.
• Lead and coach team members to reach potential.
• Manage stock levels and stock presentation.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.
• Roster management and coverage across trading periods.
• Support recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide feedback and manage performance.
• Build relationships with department store stakeholders.
• Represent brand within the store environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and service.
