Job summary

Forever New is seeking a Full-Time Concession Supervisor to represent the brand in Adelaide and partner with the Myer team. You will lead sales, manage stock, coach staff and ensure outstanding customer service across shifts.

You will work autonomously at times, develop strong relationships with Forever New and David Jones stakeholders, and drive a dynamic retail environment with a focus on fashion and visual standards.

Qualifications

• Prior retail store management experience is essential.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and wage targets.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with team focus.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Hands-on with roster planning and visual presentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, manage stock and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Lead and coach store team; oversee roster management.
• Partner with Myer/David Jones teams to maintain strong relationships.
