Job summary

Little Miracles is seeking a diligent Facilities Caretaker to maintain our childcare centres across the Central Coast. This full-time role (38 hours per week with some Saturdays) focuses on reactive and preventative maintenance to keep environments safe, clean and inviting for children and families.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role.
• Demonstrated ability to complete general repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Experience working across multiple sites.
• Desirable landscaping, grounds maintenance or gardening.
• Experience in schools, childcare, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Complete allocated maintenance and landscaping activities across sites.
• Provide reactive maintenance within agreed timeframes.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks.
• Maintain maintenance records and updates.
• Ensure safe work practices and WHS compliance.
• Communicate progress and timelines to centre teams.
