Job summary

Scaffidi Group in Australia invites an experienced Dispensary Operations Manager to join the Senior Leadership Team in our Support Office. You will provide strategic oversight across our dispensary services and collaborate with Regional Pharmacist Managers to drive clinical governance and commercial performance.

You will lead a team including Pharmacy Services Pharmacist and Dispensary Administration, build a high‑performing culture, and ensure compliant operations while delivering service

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site pharmacy operations and strategic initiatives.
• Strong governance, KPI tracking, and budget management.
• CPA program exposure and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead dispensary workflow, SOPs, and budgets across all sites.
• Drive professional services growth and ensure compliance with Pharmacy Board standards.
• Mentor Pharmacy Managers and teams to achieve targets.
• Oversee stock management and supplier relationships to improve GP.
