Job summary

Parkville College seeks a Campus Principal to provide strategic, school-wide leadership across its multi-campus education settings, reporting to the Executive Principal and working with Campus Principals to implement the Parkville College model.

The role emphasises accountability, data-informed decision making, and partnerships with government agencies, justice and community services to support vulnerable learners and ensure high-quality education across secure and community-based settings.

Qualifications

• Visionary and exemplary educational leadership across complex settings.
• Strong change management and capacity to lead school improvement.
• Data-driven decision making and reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience partnering with government agencies and multi‑agency stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate the School Strategic Plan into coordinated, measurable improvement priorities.
• Lead Parkville College Model with culturally responsive and trauma‑informed teaching and learning.
• Strengthen curriculum, assessment, moderation, student engagement and reporting practices.
• Oversee change, evaluate outcomes and provide clear advice to the Executive Principal and leadership team.
• Coordinate partnerships with campus HR and relevant leaders to monitor staff credentials.
