Job summary

NSW Department of Education seeks a College Principal (P5) to provide visionary and strategic leadership across three Dubbo College campuses. You will guide campus principals, drive improvement plans, and align initiatives with the NSW Plan for Public Education.

As a key member of the College Management Group, you will allocate staffing across campuses, lead staff and students towards excellence, and foster strong relationships with the community to support student success.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and transform opportunities in a diverse, multi-campus setting.
• Strong collaboration with campus principals and CMG to drive improvement across Years 7–12.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary and strategic leadership across a multi-campus college.
• Allocate teaching and executive staff across classes and campuses based on needs and preferences.
• Lead college-wide initiatives and improvement plans in alignment with NSW Plan for Public Education.
• Collaborate with parents, stakeholders and the community to support student success.
