Job summary

The Busy School, Salisbury campus, part of The Busy Group, seeks an experienced Campus Principal to lead educational excellence and wrap-around student wellbeing. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in educational leadership and team development.
• A passion for supporting young people to achieve positive educational and life outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading school improvement, student wellbeing and engagement initiatives.
• Strong operational, compliance and resource management capabilities.
• The ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience supporting students facing educational, social or personal barriers.
• Current QCT registration (or ability to obtain), and Driver Licence.
