Ignite Travel Group on the Gold Coast seeks a highly organised Media Executive to drive above-the-line campaigns across press, TV, radio, outdoor and digital partnerships. You will collaborate with the Media & PR Manager, Product and Creative teams and external media partners to ensure campaigns run on time and align with marketing objectives.

In this fast-paced role you will manage deadlines, build stakeholder relationships, deliver performance reports and contribute to marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in marketing, media, advertising or campaign management.
• Strong understanding of media channels including print, television, radio, outdoor and digital partnerships.
• Experience coordinating advertising campaigns from planning through to execution.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline is highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute media campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage end-to-end advertising process from briefing to publication checks.
• Liaise with publishers, broadcasters, media owners and agency partners.
• Ensure assets, approvals and deadlines are managed accurately.
• Maintain media schedules, calendars and trackers across brands.
• Produce campaign performance and post-campaign analysis.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Support broader marketing initiatives and process improvements.
